How To Order
There is no minimum order so don’t worry if you find you haven’t ordered enough as you can order more later if you find you need them.
If you decide to place an order just follow the simple steps below.
- Select your choice of design and card
- Complete the details you wish to include on your invitation
- Choose a typeface from our selection
- Choose your wording layout from our selection
If you decide you wish us to include the names of your guests on the invitation inserts don’t worry at this stage – we will ask for this information once we start to process your order.
Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will confirm receipt by email or phone, and advise you everything is okay within 24 hours.
On receipt of your order and the relevant deposit (see below) we will email you a proof set of your inserts which should be amended, if necessary, and returned as soon as possible. For items such as the Order of Service and Menu, details and proofs can be dealt with at a later stage to allow you time to finalise details. Please check these carefully and confirm their accuracy to us Once approval has been received your order will be made up and despatched to you within 8 weeks or at a time agreed between us.
Short Notice
Are you running out of time? Do you need to order your invitations urgently – don’t panic. We know things don't always go according to plan and we are here to help and can supply your invitations urgently at no extra cost.
Payment
We can accept payment in GBP £ Sterling by credit card or debit card and we accept all major cards. Our online ordering system is not yet operational. In the meantime you may order over the phone on 01279 654860 or 07970 850209. You can also use email if you prefer. See our contact page.
We will be using HSBC Secure ePayments for all credit card payments. Your credit card details will be transmitted directly to a secure server which uses 128-bit SSL encryption to process card transactions, having the same high standard as Internet banking. Payment details are captured within their secure systems and therefore you have 100% security and confidence. However, if you prefer, you may pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer in GBP (Pounds Sterling only) made out to Absolutely Pink.
A deposit of 50% of the order value is required at the time of ordering. Payment in full is then required two weeks prior to delivery of your stationery. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque payable to Absolutely Pink.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
We do try to help you in the case of cancellation and if possible make the most generous refund we are able. However, because all orders are personalised with your individual requirements and details, refunds and exchanges may only be made if:
The stationery may be recycled for use at a later date, either for yourself or anyone else
- The order is cancelled prior to agreement of proofs
- The stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.
Where a return is accepted on personalised material any refund will be pro rata in relation to the value of the reusable part of the return.
The safe return of cards is the responsibility of the customer and they must be returned in their original, reusable, condition.
Delivery
You must confirm that you have given us the correct billing address of your credit/debit card and, in respect of goods and if different to the billing address, that you have also notified us of the correct delivery address. All goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail or by Parcel Force, delivery being Monday to Friday which requires a signature on receipt, in order to ensure that you have received your goods. Therefore please select a delivery address most convenient to you.
Delivery Charges
- Total Order value under £400: £6–20.00
- Total Order value over £400: £FREE
The delivery charge is a one off payment and covers all deliveries associated with the order.
All deliveries are checked, labelled and packed in rigid boxes to protect from handling damage. Please check them on arrival and immediately notify us of any problems or discrepancies.
Your Proofs
Within 14 working days of ordering we will send a free email proof or proofs of your chosen invitation. Please check thoroughly, if you have any changes please confirm these in an email. We will commence printing when we receive your proof confirmation back.
From confirmation of your proof we shall deliver your invites to you within 4/6 weeks or a date as specified between us. These turnaround times are subject to material availability at all times. If product stock is unavailable you will be immediately notified.
