Absolutely Pink is a small, newly established, private business and we welcome all visitors to this website. However, use of this website is conditional on the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and you consent to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and they will govern any contract between you and Absolutely Pink for the sale of goods displayed on this website.

All illustrations, designs and general descriptions contained on the Absolutely Pink website or otherwise provided to the customer are as accurate as possible and are intended for general guidance only. Because our cards are individually handmade, the very nature of the production may result in slight variations in designs and styles. Although we work hard to ensure as much uniformity as possible each card in its entirety will be totally unique.

Purchasing Terms
Security
You can feel complete confidence when buying your stationery online from Absolutely Pink. Your credit card payment is made via a secure server which ensures that your details cannot be intercepted as they are transported across the internet.
When you connect to the payment server you will see a small padlock or unbroken key at the bottom of your browser. This verifies that all the information you are submitting is being securely encrypted.
You are responsible for ensuring the security of all user names and passwords used in connection with this site and must take all necessary steps to ensure that they are kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorised people. You must inform us if there is any reason to believe that a user name or password has or is likely to become known to someone not authorised to use it or is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised way.
If you forget or lose a password or user name please contact us. We reserve the right to suspend user name and password access to the site if we feel that there is or is likely to be a breach of security. We reserve the right to require you to change any or all of the passwords used by you in connection with this site. You must inform us of any changes to the information you supplied when registering with us.
Prices
Prices are determined by reference to Absolutely Pink issued prices current at the date of acceptance of the order by Absolutely Pink.
Absolutely Pink makes every effort to display the prices accurately. However, on rare occasions, errors may occur. In this instance Absolutely Pink will correct the mistake at the earliest opportunity and allow the Customer to continue with the initial order at the stated price.
Currently all prices are VAT exclusive and will be charge at 0%.
We reserve the right to amend our prices from time to time, notice of which will be placed on this website.
Payment
Payment details must be provided by you at the time we accept your order. Payment may be made by credit card or cheque as set out in our Payment Policy. Payment must be made in full before the despatch of your goods and in the case of cheques, goods will not be despatched until cheques are cleared.
Deposits
We require a minimum of 50% deposit with order, the balance being payable on agreement of proofs, and prior to despatch of order.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Because all orders are personalised with your individual requirements and details, refunds and exchanges may only be made if:
- the order is cancelled prior to agreement of proofs
- the stationery may be recycled for use at a later date, either for yourself or anyone else, or
- the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order
Where a return is accepted on personalised material any refund will be pro rata in relation to the value of the reusable part of the return.
The safe return of cards is the responsibility of the customer and they must be returned in their original, reusable, condition.
Delivery
Delivery will be determined at the time of order and any subsequent agreement between Absolutely Pink and the Customer.
- Forward delivery dates will also be dependent upon Absolutely Pink’s receipt of proofs/confirmation of proof reading for personalised material.
- If you require your order to be delivered by any special means not set out in our delivery policy you must advise us at the time of ordering.
- Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and Absolutely Pink shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the orders outside of our control, however caused.
- Upon delivery, you should examine the goods and promptly (but in any event within 7 working days of delivery) notify Absolutely Pink of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. Failure of such written notification, shall deem Absolutely Pink to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or, if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods at the time when Absolutely Pink had tendered delivery of the goods.
- Absolutely Pink shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of Absolutely Pink obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Absolutely Pink’ reasonable control.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Absolutely Pink’ reasonable control: Acts of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident; war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; difficulties in obtaining raw materials labour, fuel, parts or machinery; any dispute, claims or proceedings of whatever nature between Absolutely Pink and the Customer in connection with or arising out of the validity construction or performance of this agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of The High Court of England and Wales, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed value of the goods defectively produced and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.
Liability
Absolutely Pink will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or connected with the site or your use of any information you obtain by means of the site whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, even if we or any of our suppliers has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
